Fresh Spring Rain

Spring is such a welcome change from a bitter cold winter. I don’t know about you but I am certainly ready for the change! My favorite times of the year are spring and fall because they both bring a new beginning.

On March 1st I dreamed that I received a beautiful spring outfit from the Father. It was peach in color and reflective of a new style for a new season. He hung it on the passenger seat of my vehicle (in my dream it was actually a van).

The color peach can be a combination of white which reflects purity and orange which is symbolic of the fire of God. Some peaches have a bit of amber which is Biblically significant of purity, holiness and His glory. It is also similar to pink which is symbolic of the love of God.

I also dreamed of new plants for decorating. Plants represent new beginnings, budding ideas, new projects and they can also bring healing and restoration. He moved those just to the front part of my sports utility vehicle.

I heard the Lord say I am doing a new thing. Do you perceive it? You will look with your natural eyes and you will not find it. You will search in black and white but it will be out of sight. But when you open up yourself to My Spirit you will see the colors of the rainbow. Beautiful spring colors that speak of My love, purity, holiness and glory.

Isaiah 43:19 See I am doing a new thing. Now it springs up do you not perceive it?

The Lord wants to clothe us in a fresh new spring outfit! He wants to give us a whole new look! When we are made new in Christ, He gives us new life, new beginnings, new ideas and projects because He puts us on the path to reach our real purpose and calling or destiny. His love for us is so great that He cares about the details of our life.  He wants to heal us and restore us! The love of Christ is so deep and so unconditional that it changes our entire outlook on life.

Restoration comes with repentance

I heard the Lord say I will heal your land when you turn to me and turn from your wicked ways. Restore the words repentance, holy, come to the altar, yield to My Spirit, come Holy Spirit, come! Usher in my glory into your places of worship. My glory corrects, it shifts, changes, moves and heals. It is necessary and available for this season. Spiritual rain! Open your mouth and I will fill it! The seed it yields will help you grow. It gives energy like a bowl of bread to the eater!

Isaiah 44:10-11 Who shapes a god and casts an idol, which can profit him nothing? He and his mind will be put to shame; craftsman and nothing but men.

God is a jealous God!  He wants to be our all, front and center with no other idols competing for our attention!

We have made entertainment, social media, and drugs to include medications or anything that self medicates such as food, busy schedules, even excessive exercise our god or idols. These distractions don’t fill us. If anything they simply occupy and consume us. Much of this is nothing more than strong holds or bondage placed on our life by the enemy.

Hebrews 10:12 But when this priest had offered for all one sacrifice for sins, He sat down at the right hand of God. Since that time He waits for His enemies to be made His footstool, because by one sacrifice He has made perfect forever those who are being made holy.

We can be made new through Christ Jesus. His sacrifice has made perfect forever those of us who “are being made holy. This is what I believe many of us miss. Being is an action word. It is a process. It starts with repentance but doesn’t stop there. God doesn’t want us to remain the same.

If ever we needed to receive healing in our hearts and in our world, it is now. We have to ask ourselves have we become comfortable with good theology for fear of offending someone or loosing our friends? Are we omitting scriptures to pick and choose only what is pleasing to our ears?

Psalms 36:8-9 They feast on the abundance of your house; you give them drink from your river of delights. For with you is the fountain of life; in your light we see light.  His Word penetrates and opens our eyes to see His light.

Jesus said the Kingdom of God is within us. My place of worship is within my house, my temple which is my body. Although I absolutely love to attend my church because the worship music is amazing but real praise and worship begins within me.

He wants to take us from Glory to Glory

The Lord has shown me He is pouring out His Spirit and His Glory has now begun to be disbursed here on earth.

There are many ways to receive an impartation of His Spirit. We can receive revelation from sitting in our church and hearing as well as reading the revelation of the written Logos Word.

I can testify to the fact that real change didn’t come for me by simply receiving Christ into my heart. Real change came from the power of the anointing that comes from the Holy Spirit. I had been prayed over by pastors and laymen.  Prayer is great but when there is no anointing power, there is no freedom from the bondage that the enemy has over us. Revelation and the anointing power of the Holy Spirit shift us into the real understanding of just how powerful His unconditional love is.

The laying on of anointed hands: Acts 8:15-19 When they arrived, they prayed for the new believers there that they might receive the Holy Spirit because the Holy Spirit had not yet come on any of them; they had simply been baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. Then Peter and John placed their hands on them, and they received the Holy Spirit. Remember Peter and John had themselves already been anointed with the Holy Spirit.

Change comes from fresh revelation of the Rhema spoken word:  I have received revelation and impartation from online teachings as well.  The Lord told me He would show me who He is speaking through and to this season. However Jesus wants to personally mentor us. It is true that we are imperfect vessels and may fail to hear details clearly. But it doesn’t mean the revelation is not revelation and that it won’t come to pass. If we are living in His presence and out of His Spirit we have the power to discern and test the spirit. The Holy Spirit will confirm and echo His revelation through different prophetic voices. Recently I released a word that the Lord has since confirmed to me. However I interpreted the details wrong and thought the Lord spoke to me about the timing or the date.  I should have known God’s timing is so different than our calendar! He wants us to see through our Spiritual eyes and trust that He is still writing the story. We have the power through our faith and prayer to propel the Words He has spoken over us.

His Spirit Refreshes!

I can tell you that once you have received more of Him, it will change you forever! The hunger can not be quenched and you will thirst for more! You will not be able to stand up under His greater Glory. It is different from the feel good emotions you can experience listening to someones talent or gifts perform. His Glory presence is tangible and it actually changes the atmosphere as His cloud and weight enters the room.  If you are worshiping with hands raised it will be difficult to remain in that position because of the weight of His presence. Just this week I received more of Him at home in my own family room after having been prayed over by my profit. I went from a state of feeling His Spirit to a state of being glued to the floor and then then the Glory entered the room and I became totally immersed with a beautiful warm blanket of relaxation. There is no way to stand up under this. It is better than anything I have ever experienced. All of my hunger is satisfied in His presence!

His Spirit Heals

On January 11th of this year I was on the way to a weekend conference in Nashville at the Glory Fire Miracle Center at Jeff Jensen’s Church. On the drive down I saw a white dove fly over my car. You may say that is not even possible Nelda. But with the Lord and living out of His Spirit the supernatural becomes our natural. While I was there, I not only received the baptism of the Holy Spirit, I was also taken into the heavenly realm where a white dove flew down on Jesus and then on me. Additionally I smelled the fragrance of the oil in the natural realm that baptized me in the Spiritual realm.

On Saturday which was the last night of the conference, I went up for healing for a lower back degenerative disk problem in both my L4 and L5 that I have had for several years. There was a waiting line that extended up the aisle. Jeff announced that the Glory Cloud has entered the room and healing angels were there to help minister. Therefore he asked us to simply lay hands on the person in front of us and pray. A young woman behind me asked what healing I was praying for and I told her. I was healed that night and it has been such a gift! Recently I have spent much more time sitting and journaling Words from the Lord. Before I could not sit for too long without discomfort and road trips were difficult. Strength training classes were limited and simply bending over to pick up my havanese was painful at times. I am so thankful to Jesus for His healing that was in the Glory cloud that entered the room on January 12th!

God wants to fill you with His presence and take you from glory to glory. My prayer is that each of you reading this will feel His fresh spring rain this season!
